  • Full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • GOC number / Body Corporate (if applicable) and role type (for Practitioners and Practices) as required for Public facing Registered Healthcare Professionals and Service Providers.
  • Practice name and clinic details (for Practices, Managers and Directors)

b) Professional Documents (Required for compliance and continued use of the platform)

  • CV/resume
  • DBS certificate
  • Proof of insurance or qualifications and additional qualifications

c) Usage Data

  • Shift search and booking history and all associated shift data
  • Messages sent via the platform
  • Referral activity
  • Login data, IP address, device type

1.3 How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Register and manage your account
  • Connect optical professionals and optical staff (lay) with clinics
  • Send shift notifications and updates
  • Personalise your experience on the platform
  • Improve platform performance and user experience

We do not sell your data to third parties. We store your data in secure encrypted robust cloud-based database servers (Linode, google, IONOS etc).

  • Contractual necessity (e.g. to match professionals and staff to shift providers)
  • Legitimate interests (e.g. platform improvement, fraud prevention)

  • Other registered users (e.g. clinics viewing professional profiles, and vice versa)

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 1.9).
